Athletics Hall of Fame Team Nomination

The Tamalpais Athletics Hall of Fame honors Tam teams for their athletic achievements. The Hall of Fame Committee receives nominations throughout the year and inducts new individuals and teams in the fall. To nominate a team to be considered for induction into the Hall of Fame, submit the nomination below. To nominate a player, coach or special contributor use the individual nomination form.
